Emotions in Colors

• During this workshop the parents will discuss how emotions such as anger, sadness, fear, and joy show up in family life.
• They will experience expressing these emotions through painting an emotional circle.
• They can share how colors and shapes helped them recognize and process their feelings.
• In the result they will get a visual “emotional map” that brings more clarity and self-awareness.
